We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB payments.
We also offer you the choice of paying in either U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, or Euros. Once you choose a currency it is set for the lifetime of your account and cannot be changed.
We charge (and remit) sales tax on behalf of customers in Canada and the EU.
If you have an EU based business with a valid VAT ID reach out to us. You may be exempt from paying VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your billing portal.
Any extra credit as a result of unused resources will be credited to your account automatically. Future invoices will apply this credit first, before charging your payment card.
Refunds are offered in exceptional cases. Get in touch with us within three (3) days of the credit card charge to request a refund.
In general, we will refund the full amount minus usage & payment processor costs for that transaction (approx. 3%) — you will get the full breakdown when we process your refund.
After the free plan executions quota is reached, all incoming webhooks and other automation requests will fail with a
HTTP 403 error. This restriction will automatically reset at the beginning of the next calendar month.
You can also proactively upgrade your subscription plan at any time to remove this restriction.
